Qilian County, Hai Province is about 25km. The existing highway in Qilian County is connected to Ning-Zhang Highway (National Highway 227), with a distance of about 299km to Xining City and a distance of about 223km to Zhangye City. The external transportation conditions of this hub are relatively convenient.

The project mainly undertakes the construction of the sand and gravel processing system and concrete production engineering projects of the Huangzangsi Water Conservancy Hub, including survey, design, construction and maintenance, system linkage, trial operation, trial production of the sand and gravel processing system and concrete production system, as well as material yard mining and transportation, crushing and processing, concrete mixing, material supply measurement, waste water treatment and reuse, waste slag transportation, system demolition and completion and clearing, etc.
