On-sale service
1 Assist in formulating construction plans and detailed processes, provide technical information and guide basic construction;
2 Send experienced engineering and technical personnel to the site to guide the installation, commissioning and trial operation until the equipment is operating normally;
3. Provide technical training for equipment operation and maintenance personnel for free to ensure that the operation and maintenance personnel can operate independently and proficiently, and can eliminate general failures in equipment operation.
After-sales service
1. Any non-human quality problems arise during the quality assurance period, and free maintenance services will be provided;
2 After receiving the user's fault notification, we will give a reply within 30 minutes and arrive at the construction site within the agreed time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;
