1. Project Overview: The second phase of the Han-Weiwei diversion project consists of backbone projects such as the Huangchigou water distribution hub, the Huangchigou to the Bahe water outlet section of the South Main Line, and the Huangchigou to the Jinghe New City Water outlet section of the North Main Line. The length of the South Main Line is 100.41km, the initial design flow is 47m3/s, the northern main line is 89.54km, and the initial design flow is 30m3/s. This section is located in the Beitung Line and is the I-Ningline Water Transportation Pipeline. The main construction content includes the water reduction section from Shanghuangchi to Caijiazhuang. The pile number range is: Beigan 0+862.12~Beigan 11+313.25, and the total length of the line is 10.451km. The II section and the Beitung Line Water Transportation Pipeline are bounded by the downstream side of the Caijiazhuang connecting valve well of the line, including the town pier, and do not include the excavation support of the Shanghuangchi.

A water dividing outlet and 2 connecting valve wells are arranged along the Shanghuangchi to Caijiazhuang water retardation section, 12 inlet and exhaust valve wells, 1 vent (water discharge) valve wells, 1 metering valve wells, 2 water retardation valve wells, 33 water retardation piers, and 2 water retardation. The total construction period is 1064 days.
