1. Project Overview: The second standard for the construction of Wendegen Water Conservancy Hub of the Chuojiliao Project (main project) is a large-scale water diversion project that diverts water from the Chuoer River, a tributary of the Nenjiang River to the Xiliao River, and supplies water to cities and industrial parks along the route. It consists of Wendegen Water Conservancy Hub and water transfer project. The Wendegen Water Conservancy Project is located in the middle of the Chuoer River Basin, a tributary of the Nenjiang River. The dam site is located 90 kilometers upstream of Yindeer Town, Zhalaite Banner, Xing'an League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is a backbone control project of the Chuoer River Basin and a large-scale hub project with many functions such as water diversion, irrigation, and power generation. The total reservoir capacity is 19.64×108m3, the irrigation area is 74.98×104 mu, and the installed capacity of the power station is 36MW. The Wendegen Water Conservancy Hub Project is an I-level project with a large scale of type (1). The water conservancy hub is mainly composed of clay center wall gravel dam (main dam), right bank slope spillway, left bank concrete dam (sub-dam), left bank power generation and irrigation hole, power station factory and left bank fish path and other buildings. The main dam, sub-dam and spillway of the main buildings are level 1 buildings, the power generation and irrigation hole are level 2 buildings, the power station factory is level 3 buildings, and the left bank fish path staircase building is level 3 buildings.
