1. Project Overview: The overall scale of the water diversion project in Ma Town, Yulin Yellow River East Line is 290 million m³, and the water supply targets are the Kuyehe Valley District of Shenmu City, Jinjie Industrial Park of Yushen Industrial Zone, Qingshui Industrial Park of Yushen Industrial Zone, and Industrial Park east of Yuxi River in Yuyang District.
Huangshigou Reservoir is located on Huangshigou, a tributary of the Kuye River on the left bank, and the dam site is about 3km away from the mouth of Huangshigou into the Kuye River. After sand sinking and storage through Huangshigou Reservoir, the water supply main line is set up to collect water on the right bank of Qiaochagou, about 1.0km upstream of the dam site. The water supply flow is 9.61m3/s. The pressure tunnel is used to transport water across the Kuye River to the Gaojiata third-level pumping station. After pressurization, the water supply is connected to the Tuwei River through the "pressure + Mingli" water supply to the Yanliangwan fourth-level pumping station on the right bank of Tuwei River. The Yanliangwan fourth-level pumping station is pressurized in two directions, and the main line is "pressure + bright flow" to the west to the Haizegou fifth-level pumping station. After pressurization, the "pressure + bright flow" is used to transport water to the Shimao Reservoir at the end of the project. The total trunk line length is 78.67km.
The main construction task of the ZT5 standard project is the outbound line pile number 0+000~14+300, that is, the water inlet tower~12#
Mingliu Tunnel (first 10km), the line length of this section is 14.3km. The buildings include: water inlet tower, pressure tunnel 11#, Kuyehe River Demolition, Gaojia Tower Level 3 Station, and Mingliu Tunnel (first 10km). The funds are in place.
