1. Project Overview: The Zhugao Hydropower Station is the first-level power station in the cascade development of hydropower planning and cascades below the main stream of the Yerkang River. It is a water diversion power station. The upstream is the Altash Hydropower Station and the downstream is the Chamusa Hydropower Station. The Zhugao Hydropower Station is located in Huoshilafu Township, Shache County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang. The river barrier hub is 9km away from the factory and about 97km away from Shache County. At present, the existing roads in the project area can be reached along the existing roads in Shache County. The existing roads in the Hoshirafu Township are connected to the Kaqun Hydropower Station and can be connected to Shache County and Zepu County; the left bank of the project area can be used to reach the Altash entry road and can be reached to Shache County; the left bank of the project area can be used to use the Gangatgou road to reach the Altash entry road, and to Shache County; the left and right banks are more convenient for external transportation.
